Jorn Heringa

Jorn Heringa is a Dutch music industry veteran with over two decades of experience in the global dance scene. He spent 23 years at Spinnin' Records, rising to Head of A&R, where he helped launch and develop the careers of artists such as Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Afrojack, Don Diablo, Oliver Heldens and Alok

After leaving Spinnin' Records late 2025, Jorn now works as an independent A&R professional.

Meindert Kennis

Meindert Kennis has spent more than 20 years in the music industry. What began behind the counter of a record store led him, in 2008, to what was then a small team at Spinnin' Records. There, he shaped the label's brand presence and online strategy, growing its audience to over 30 million followers.

After ten years at Spinnin', he took the helm at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world's largest electronic music festival and conference, welcoming over 600,000 visitors and professionals each year.

Since leaving ADE in 2024, Meindert has been working as an independent music professional.

Business Development
Roger de Graaf

Roger de Graaf is the founder and one of the creative drivers behind Spinnin' Records. He began his career running an Amsterdam record store before co-founding the label in 1999 and building it into the biggest name in dance music. Known for his sharp ear for talent and hands-on approach to artist development, Roger has helped shape the sound and direction of mainstream electronic music for decades.

After leaving Spinnin' Records in 2024, Roger now works as music and business consultant for young artists at Fluent Music.
