The Listening Room is a collective of senior music industry professionals offering straight, conflict-free advice to artists, labels and entrepreneurs in electronic music. Founded by veterans of Spinnin' Records, ADE, and Fluent Music, TLR provides independent guidance on A&R, business strategy, marketing, legal matters, bookings and mental coaching — without the conflicts of interest that plague traditional industry relationships.

Jorn Heringa
Dutch music industry veteran with 23 years at Spinnin' Records, rising to Head of A&R. Helped launch and develop careers of Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Afrojack, Don Diablo, Oliver Heldens and Alok. Now independent since late 2025.
Meindert Kennis
20+ years in music, from record store to Spinnin' Records where he grew the label's audience to 30M+ followers. Former head of Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world's largest electronic music festival. Independent since 2024.
Roger de Graaf
Founder and creative driver behind Spinnin' Records since 1999, building it into the biggest name in dance music. Known for sharp ear for talent and hands-on artist development. Now consultant for young artists at Fluent Music.
